Please note the manner in which the information is formatted and sequenced – please make every effort to emulate the samples presented here.
• Submissions should be sent in Word .doc file format
• Please include name as you wish it to appear in print, along with instrument reference and 2025 Opera in the Ozarks orchestra title/position, as well as references to such things as city of residence, degrees and awards earned, notable professional achievements and highlights, etc. Be sure to properly format/italicize proper titles.
• Present in third-person tense, and please do not exceed approx.

Emily Bartell, Section Viola
Emily Bartell, of Eureka Springs, Ark., has studied music since she was 6. She received her B.M. from the University of Michigan and is pursing a M.M. in Viola Performance at the University of Akron. She has attended many festivals around the nation including the Interlochen Summer Camp, the Kennedy Summer Music Institute, and the North American Viola Institute. This is her third season playing at Opera in the Ozarks.
Rebekah Butler, Principal Second Violin
Currently based in Connecticut, Rebekah Butler has appeared as a soloist with various symphonies, has performed in festivals across the United States, Mexico, Canada and Europe, and has toured China with the Southern Arizona Symphony Orchestra. Rebekah holds degrees from the University of Arizona (B.M.) and The Hartt School (M.M.). Her recent performance highlights include engagements with the Hudson Valley Chamber Winds in New York, Lucerne Festival Academy in Switzerland, and Capital Classics Shakespeare Festival in West Hartford.
