A one-page résumé that highlights your orchestral experience and education
A list of opera, operetta, musical theatre works performed
YouTube posts (preferred) DVD or CD recording of 4-5 standard orchestral excerpts and one page of a concerto or other solo.
The names of two references whom we may contact about your work.
